1977, East Hartford, Connecticut. Rahni Harris — a 21 year old reverend and multi-instrumentalist — and his band ‘Family Love’ were not afraid to embrace their love of R&B and push the Gospel sound forward.The resulting album ‘A Different Drummer’ is a personal favorite, and it was a great honor to have been trusted with an official re-issue.
